FRASCOLD produces the largest and complete range of compressors for applications in refrigeration and air conditioning together with condensing units both with air cooled condenser and water cooled condenser. Products are manufactured in conformity with Low Voltage Directive CE 93/68 and are provided for incorporation in machines as defined in the Machine's Directive EC 98/79. UL approved compressors are available on request. Quality, efficiency, safety, reliability distinguishing the standard production, have been further improved with "release.1" project. "Release.1" means the fully satisfactory response to the more and more strict requirements for energy saving, efficiency and acoustic pollution reduction.

Cold Rooms

• The cold room has the prefabricated rounded corners, for hygienic reasons, very easy to be fitted, and all the vertical panels and ceiling panels to close the box.
• The floor is foamed with polyurethane, and is covered with a special wood with anti slip surface
• Panels are produced with cam locks and SEVEN frigo is specialised in fibreglass panels. All products have been designed exclusively for the food process chain eg slaughterhouses, dairy and fish industry, chill and freezer storage chambers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, etc.
• The surface of the cold rooms is of plasticized pre painted metal, stainless steel and fibreglass. Fibreglass is a complete rust free material, it’s light and resistant to chemical agents and really easy to clean. In many applications it can substitute stainless steel but with an extremely lower cost.
• All doors are insulated with polyurethane. In the stardard versions the doors are available in 4 thicknesses.They are 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 120mm. All the doors have a frame border in aluminium and the facing is available in pre-painted metal in stainless steel and fibreglass. Let me point out something more about fibreglass. The frame to fit the door to the panel is available in PVC. All the doors have a rubber gasket all around the edge. All the raw materials that we use to produce our doors are suitable to stay in contact with food, preserve food and preserve low temperatures.

4 types of doors

• Hinged door – Hinges are built with a ramp inside in such a way that when you open the door, the door rises. Handles are available in a plastic or chromium material and doors can be delivered with a rotation handle in German style. This model can be produced with a railway passage with a anti panic handle and obviously with all standard accessories. Model BT is with a heater included so it is suitable for low temperatures. The hinge door is also available in a double leaf version and in a small window version.
• Sliding door - All components have been entirely designed by 7 FRIGO which guarantees quality. Doors are produced with 2 sliding rails in aluminium. They don’t need any additional work to be fitted on the floor during the installation. The door can be regulated both vertically and horizontally. As it is a refrigeration door it has a system which permits the door to rise during opening and fall during closing. The handles both inside and outside are in stainless steel and all the other accessories are available to be fitted on the doors. All the sliding doors can be powered with an automation system which works at 24V. This model can be supplied in a double leaf version and in a light model. We can supply this model for the ULO (Ultra Low Oxygen) so this model is suitable to be used in controlled atmosphere chambers. Last but not least for both models, hinged and sliding, a PVC frame is available suitable for all panel thicknesses, as it is composed of different PVC profiles which can be adjusted and joined to suit all models.
• Swing Door - This model has an aluminium frame, a fibreglass facing, a stainless steel frame to fit the door to the panel and a stainless steel kick plate. It has a rubber gasket all around the edge and a port hole. Hinges can remain open at 90°. As an option a stainless steel bumper is available under request to protects the door from trolleys which push the door open.
• Office door - This door is produced with an aluminium frame, entirely designed by our company. It is also semi insulated with polyurethane foam. It is available in a 40mm in thickness and is available in fibre glass facing.
